This section was created especially for our first time guests and for those who want to experience Vietnamese cuisine. We want our customers to be open minded to the variety of different flavors in Vietnamese cooking, but also have an idea of what our menu offers. Here is a break down of our Menu to help you decide what you'd like to try!

What is Pho?
A simple translation would be Beef Noodle Soup, but its complexity of flavors comes from a combination of ginger, five star anise, cloves, onion, cinnamon, and beef bone slow simmered to make a flavorful and savory broth. Combined with your choices of thinly sliced meats, it makes for a fulfilling and healthy lunch or dinner. Plus it's quick! A healthier alternative to the usual "fast food"!Rare steak - Do not be alarmed when you see the term "rare".This thinly sliced steak will cook in the broth for the perfect tenderness.Brisket & Flank - Both are cuts of meat that is used in making the pho broth so they are very tender and full of flavor.Rare steak, brisket, flank, beef ballHoisin Sauce: Its that dark sauce in the bottle that you see on every table.. A popular sweet soybean based condiment for Pho. You can use this in your soup or use it as a dip for the meats.

That sauce is what we call "fish sauce" or in Vietnamese it is called "nuoc mam pha". It is a popular vietnamese condiment made of fish sauce, garlic, sugar and lime juice.


Currently, we do not have any vegetarian dishes displayed on the menu however we will gladly custom an order to your liking. Some popular choices are vegetarian salad rolls, Vietnamese tofu curry, and vegetable
sizzling hot plate.

The
 only item on the menu that is spicy is the "Pork and Vietnamese Ham w/Thick Vermicelli in Soup", #38 on the menu. It is a spicy soup infused with a chili lemongrass flavor. Give it a try! If you like your food spicy, we have the following hot sauces:
 - This sauce is whats in those red bottles that some have thought
to be ketchup! This sauce is tangy and very spicy and is best used in pho or any other soup.
 - Our chili oil is made ourselves with chili, garlic and lemongrass. Its
fragrant smell and delicious taste goes well with pho or any other soup.
 - This hot sauce has a nice kick to it. We recommend to mix this
in your fish sauce and pour over your vermicelli, rice or make a spicy dip for your spring rolls.If you'd like the spicin
